I would just like to share our sharpening process with you today.
First, we start off with a course oil stone to remove any small flaws in the edge that come from everyday use.
After that, we move to an 800 grit water stone to get a nice clean and even edge from tip to handle.
Once that is complete, we move up to a 1000 grit water stone to polish the edge and add that razor sharpness.
Once we finish with the 1000 grit stone we polish the edge with 3000 and 8000 grit water stones and finish off with a leather strop and some fine stropping compound that puts the final level of sharpness to your blade.
I hope that showing you our process will give you the confidence to trust us with your knives to give you the sharpest edge possible.
